- Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, for labor performed on client's equipment. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC shall warranty its labor for 30 days following the date of repair.
- This warranty applies to the customer named on this invoice only and is not transferable to any other party.
- Labor/work performed is not refundable. As client's sole and exclusive remedy, during the warranty period, client must deliver the equipment to Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC shop, during business hours, for any reasonably necessary repairs or replacements of any parts at no cost to the client.
- This warranty will be null and void if the client takes the equipment to another repair facility for warranted repairs, unless prior authorization is obtained in writing from the Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC Owner or Manager.
- Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC does not warranty parts – Parts manufacturers warranty their products through Vendors/Suppliers. Any warranties on the product sold by Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC are those made by the manufacturer. Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the part.
- Client will be charged the cost of the parts/products and labor for the replacement of failed parts. Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC will submit a parts/product warranty request to the Vendor/Supplier on the client’s behalf and the client will be refunded once the Vendor/Supplier refunds Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC.
- Some manufacturers, including mail-order and most dealers, do not cover labor as part of their warranties - if this is the case, Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC will charge the client again for labor, even in the event of a warrantable failure. If this applies, a note will appear with the part's entry on the client’s invoice.
- Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC may issue a refund under specific circumstances, such as for a returnable, prepaid part when a job is aborted or cancelled. Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC does not issue refunds, whether partial or full, on completed jobs. Restocking, shipping and/or delivery fees may apply. All claims for returned parts must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. No refunds after 30 days. Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC is not responsible for labor on parts not installed by Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC.
- Warranty does not cover, nor extend to any used parts or parts provided by a client.
- Warranty does not cover, nor extend to, repairs or replacements made necessary by accident or collision whether related to the work performed or parts provided by Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC or not, nor any damages for personal injury, death, property damage, or any other damages, liability, or costs of any kind whatsoever.
- Warranty does not cover, nor extend to client’s towing charges, car rental, lodging, lost wages, interruption in business or vacation, any charges incurred by any person, or any other charges or amounts incidental or related to this warranty.
- Warranty does not cover, nor extend to, any repairs or replacements made necessary by misuse, racing, negligence, abuse, neglect, or cause other than normal use and operation of the equipment. This warranty shall be terminated and be void should any tampering or alteration to the warrantied repair or service be evident.
- This limited warranty may not be altered or modified except in writing and signed by client and the Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC owner or manager.
