- Quick Service - Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC strives to complete jobs as quickly as practical, which is determined by many factors, such as the amount of time the job takes according to labor guides, the amount of rust or corrosion that is present, unexpected issues with parts ordering and delivery (e.g., receiving the wrong part and having to reorder the correct one), and the presence of any aftermarket or unexpected add-ons that may arise during the process.
- Delays - Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC cannot, and will not, assume any responsibility for delays that are beyond Big & Heavy Equipment Service's control, such as, but not limited to, shipping delays, receiving incorrect parts, or unexpected damages (i.e., broken bolts).
- No Exclusivity - Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC cannot, and will not, give any one work order any form of exclusivity, nor ignore other customers/jobs/calls while attending to any one work order. Other work orders may be scheduled, and the work performed, while a larger job is in progress, and this will push completion back accordingly on the larger job. Therefore, due to the dynamic nature of equipment repair performed, Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC cannot, and will not, guarantee any work will be completed within any specific time frame.
