- Estimate Expiration – Since, parts prices change over time, the estimates are only valid for thirty (30) days.
- Aftermarket Changes - Estimates are based on stock equipment configurations; aftermarket modifications and additions may incur additional labor charges. If this situation occurs, Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC will contact client to obtain additional labor cost approval Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC reserves the right to cancel/abort any repairs if the client refuses to pay for additional labor for aftermarket modifications. Client will remain liable for teardown time. To avoid these situations, please inform Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC in advance of any modifications.
- Unexpected Damages – Additional labor cost may be charged if unexpected damages arise that require additional time to remedy, such as rust, corrosion, broken bolts, damages not not previously visible, etc.
