- Service Call Fees & Fuel Surcharges - Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC charges a 2-to-4 hour minimum service call fee to be pre-paid (based on distance) for any repairs outside of Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC Shop and a $1/per mile fuel surcharge. PLEASE NOTE that Service Call Fees are due before a mechanic is dispatched to the service call location. If repairs required additional hours beyond the minimum hours paid, estimated supplemental payment will be collected before work is completed, so please have the proper funds on hand when scheduling an appointment.
- Emergency Services Fees - Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC charges a $150 emergency service call fee in addition to any other fees if called to an equipment outside of Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC normal scheduling hours, which are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. This fee also applies for calls on major holidays.
- Core Charges - Core charges are to be refunded to client once the vendor/supplier inspects and accepts the cores and refunds the core charges to Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC.
- Shop Supplies - Big & Heavy Equipment Service LLC charges a generic shop/truck supply fee of 3% to 5% of the Invoice total, based onthe work, supplies and fabrication required.
